Follow a guided session in the app and complete two valid Pulse readings. Care+ brings those results into a focused 4 page On Demand Assessment that you can review or share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create an assessment when you want to check in on your results or prepare for a conversation with your healthcare professional.
