Care+, the optional reporting layer, is the answer to that question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It adds Monthly Cardiology Reports and On-Demand Assessments to what the Pulse already gives you, turning individual readings into trends you can follow and a report you can share with your clinician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Care+ is the evolution of CONNEQT’s original Arterial Health Assessment, redesigned as a flexible ongoing option for people who want to track how their arterial health changes rather than capturing a single snapshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every new Pulse includes 30 days of Care+ at no extra cost, beginning when you first pair your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a four-page report covering the same signals as the Monthly Cardiology Report, focused on that session rather than the full month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get Care+<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the first 30 days, Care+ is optional, and there are two ways to get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re buying a Pulse<\/a>, you can choose a package that includes a set period of Care+. That period ends on its own when it’s up. Nothing renews automatically, and there’s no surprise charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
