Is Care+ required to use CONNEQT Pulse?
No. Pulse remains fully functional without Care+. You can take every measurement, view results on the device and in the app, and keep your reading history without Care+.
Where do I get Care+?
Choose and manage Care+ in the CONNEQT app. Current options and pricing are shown through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
What does Care+ include?
Care+ includes monthly Cardiology Reports and unlimited On-Demand Assessments during your active period. It does not include a Pulse device, cuff, case, or other hardware.
Where do I receive reports?
Reports are delivered in the CONNEQT app and can be opened as ready-to-share PDFs.
What happens when Care+ included with a Pulse package ends?
The included period ends automatically and does not renew or create another charge. Your Pulse keeps working and past reports remain available. Subscribe in the CONNEQT app if you want Care+ to continue.
What do I need?
Care+ requires a CONNEQT Pulse and the CONNEQT app account associated with that Pulse. Care+ covers one Pulse and its primary user.
