Questions about Care+
What does Care+ offer beyond my app results?
Pulse already includes all seven measurements, app results, history and trends. Care+ is a separate reporting service. It brings your measurements into monthly Cardiology Reports with explanations and a practitioner summary, plus On Demand Assessments when you want a current snapshot.
What do I need to use Care+?
Care+ currently requires CONNEQT Pulse and an account in the CONNEQT app. The subscription does not include a device. If you do not have Pulse yet, explore CONNEQT Pulse.
How are the two reports different?
Your 12 page monthly Cardiology Report brings together the past 30 days, including charts and pages explaining individual measurements. An On Demand Assessment is a focused 4 page snapshot from a guided measurement session. It does not include the monthly report’s individual measurement trend pages.
Do I need to take extra readings every month?
Your monthly report uses readings collected with Pulse over the past 30 days. Keep taking and syncing your readings as part of your usual routine. For an On Demand Assessment, follow the guided session in the app and complete two valid readings.
Can I share a report with my healthcare professional?
Yes. Open a report in the Care+ tab and use the share icon to save, print or send the PDF. You can email it, upload it to a patient portal or bring a printed copy to your appointment.
How much does Care+ cost?
Care+ is $24.99 per month, with an annual option at $199 per year. Both include a monthly Cardiology Report and unlimited On Demand Assessments while active. Choose and manage your subscription in the CONNEQT app through Apple or Google. Your store shows the price and renewal terms before you subscribe.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel through Apple or Google. Care+ remains active until the end of your paid period. Your past reports remain available in the app while your CONNEQT account remains active. Pulse continues to provide its measurements, results, history and trends without a Care+ subscription.
Is any Care+ access included with a new Pulse?
Every new Pulse includes one month of Care+, starting when you first pair it with the app. That included month ends automatically with no charge. Choose a Care+ subscription in the app when you want to continue receiving monthly reports and creating new assessments.
