The return terms applicable to a purchase depend on the terms presented and accepted for that order.

For an order placed on or after August 15, 2026, review the returns section of the CONNEQT Consumer Product Terms. Those Product Terms, together with any product-specific condition disclosed before purchase, govern return eligibility, timing, condition, authorization, shipping, fees, refunds, and the treatment of bundled digital entitlements.

For an earlier order, the version of the Return Policy and Terms of Sale presented for that order continues to apply. Contact hello@conneqthealth.com with the order number if you need the applicable archived version or assistance identifying it.

Warranty coverage is governed by the written warranty presented for the product and order. Review the One-Year Limited Warranty for a purchase covered by the new package.
