Brachial blood pressure. The familiar systolic and diastolic pressure measured at your upper arm.
The number of heartbeats per minute measured during your Pulse reading.
Central blood pressure. Pressure in the large artery near your heart, estimated from the cuff measurement.
Central pulse pressure (CPP). The difference between central systolic and diastolic pressure.
Augmentation pressure (AP). Additional central pressure associated with reflected pulse waves.
Augmentation index (AIx). An indicator related to wave reflection, arterial stiffness, and heart workload.
Subendocardial viability ratio (SEVR). An indicator comparing estimated heart-muscle blood supply with heart workload.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT CUFF
Large: 12.6–16.5 in (32–42 cm). Often adult shirt sizes M–XL.
Small: 8.6–12.6 in (22–32 cm). Often adult shirt sizes XS–M.
Measure around the widest part of your bare upper arm, between your shoulder and elbow. Use the measurement for the best fit.
One cuff is included. Replacement cuffs are sold separately.

No. For eligible adults, the prescription is included at no extra cost. Complete a short online prescription form after checkout. No appointment or video visit is required.
No. Pulse takes measurements and displays results on the device and in the app without a paid subscription. Every new device includes 1 month of Care+. Continuing Care+ afterward is optional.
No. Pulse is a single-user medical device connected to one person’s profile. If purchasing for multiple people, order one Pulse per person and tell us who each one is for when completing the prescription forms.
Yes. You can take measurements and view key results on the device. The app adds history, trends, sharing, On-Demand Assessments, reports, and supported health-platform integrations.
Eligible direct purchases may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Conditions apply, and accepted change-of-mind returns may have a $35 fee per returned unit. Confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or normal-use-failure returns have no processing fee. Review the full return policy before ordering.
