Questions about Care+
What does Care+ add to Pulse?
Care+ is a heart health reporting product, exclusively for Pulse owners. It creates monthly Cardiology Reports with averages, reference ranges, charts and measurement explanations, plus On-Demand Assessments for a current snapshot.
Pulse itself includes all seven measurements, app results, history and trends. Care+ gives you a report to read, revisit and keep.
What do I need to use Care+?
You need CONNEQT Pulse and an account in the CONNEQT app. The Pulse device is sold separately. If you do not have one yet, explore CONNEQT Pulse.
How do the monthly report and assessment differ?
Your monthly Cardiology Report covers the past 30 days in a 12 page PDF, including charts and pages explaining individual measurements. It uses the readings you take and sync as part of your usual Pulse routine.
An On-Demand Assessment is a focused 4 page snapshot from a guided session with two valid readings. It does not include the monthly report’s individual measurement trend pages.
Is a clinician reviewing my reports?
Care+ generates reports from your Pulse measurements. It does not include a consultation or a clinician’s review. The reports provide information about your measurements and their reference ranges.
What happens after my included month?
Your free month starts when you first pair a new Pulse with the app and ends automatically without charge. After it ends, choose a Care+ plan in the app when you want to continue receiving monthly reports and creating new assessments.
Can I cancel and keep my reports?
Yes. Cancel through Apple or Google. Care+ remains active until the end of your paid period, and your past reports remain available in the app while your CONNEQT account remains active.
How do I save or share a report?
Open a report in the app’s Care+ tab and use the share icon to save, print or send the PDF. Keep it for your own record or share it with your healthcare team when useful.
Can I get assessments without a Care+ plan?
Yes. The app also offers 10 On-Demand Assessments for $99, with credits that do not expire. This option does not include monthly Cardiology Reports.
