Find your cuff size

Measure your upper arm for the best fit.

Tape around a relaxed bare upper arm, halfway between shoulder and elbow.
  1. Relax your arm.
  2. Wrap a measuring tape around your bare upper arm, halfway between shoulder and elbow.
  3. Keep it snug, not tight.

Another way to measure
Use string or a strip of tape. Wrap it around your arm and mark where it meets. Lay it flat and measure it with a ruler.

Shirt sizes are a guide. Measure for the best fit.
