How is Pulse different from a regular blood pressure monitor?
Most home monitors show blood pressure at your arm and your heart rate. Pulse also shows pressure closer to your heart and signals linked to artery stiffness and heart workload. Together, these give you a fuller picture of your heart and arteries from one familiar cuff. Explore the measurements.
How can an arm cuff measure pressure near my heart?
Each heartbeat creates a pressure wave that travels through your arteries. Pulse captures that wave at your arm, then uses SphygmoCor® technology to calculate pressure closer to your heart.
These are calculated results, not direct measurements from inside your heart. Pulse is FDA cleared, and its central pressure results were compared with an established clinical system during testing. See the testing details.
How can the extra results help me?
They help you look beyond a single blood pressure number. You can follow changes in pressure near your heart and signals of artery stiffness over time, then bring more specific questions to your healthcare professional.

What is included in the price?
Your purchase includes Pulse, one cuff in your selected size and a charging cable. All seven measurements, app results, history and trends are included with Pulse, with no monthly fee.
Care+ is a separate report service that works with your Pulse data. It is not required to access these features.
Can I use insurance, HSA or FSA funds?
Pulse is eligible for HSA and FSA funds. Check your plan requirements and contact us if you need an itemized receipt. HSA and FSA details.
We do not bill insurance directly. If you plan to request reimbursement, check with your insurer before ordering because coverage varies. Insurance details.
Can I share Pulse with someone else?
Pulse is designed for one person and connects to one account. This keeps your readings and trends together without mixing them with someone else's results.
Each person needs their own Pulse. An extra cuff does not make the device suitable for sharing. More about single person use.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. The prescription review is included with your purchase. After checkout, complete a secure online form. An independent healthcare provider reviews your information and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. You do not need to arrange an appointment or video visit.
Pulse is for adults 18 and older who are not pregnant. Approval is not guaranteed.
Do I need a phone or Wi-Fi?
You do not need your phone beside you for every reading. The CONNEQT app connects to Pulse through Bluetooth for setup and syncing. Once set up, you can take readings and see results on Pulse, then sync them later. Using Pulse without the app.
Internet access is needed for app setup, online features and updates, but not to take a measurement. Connectivity details.
What if Pulse is not right for me?
If you purchase directly from CONNEQT, you can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Your Pulse must be clean, complete and in good working condition.
An accepted return because you changed your mind may have a $35 processing fee. Eligibility and other conditions apply. See the return terms.
