Measure before choosing your replacement cuff

Measure around the widest part of your bare upper arm, between your shoulder and elbow. Select the range that contains your circumference. Use the measurement rather than shirt size for the best fit.

LARGE

  2. Wrap a measuring tape around your bare upper arm, halfway between shoulder and elbow.
  3. Keep it snug, not tight.

Another way to measure
Use string or a strip of tape. Wrap it around your arm and mark where it meets. Lay it flat and measure it with a ruler.

Shirt sizes are a guide. Measure for the best fit.
