Role Overview

We are expanding the deployment of our Arterial Health Assessment platform, a clinical technology that enables wellness and diagnostic testing centers to measure central blood pressure, arterial stiffness, and vascular aging in minutes.

Our platform is being rolled out across a growing network of partner locations and hiring an Implementation & Success Manager to lead the successful rollout and ongoing adoption of the platform across partner locations.

This role combines implementation, training, and client success. The objective is to ensure locations are successfully onboarded, staff are trained to perform the assessment, and each location integrates the assessment into their daily workflow.

The role is ideally based at our Naperville headquarters, with approximately 30-40% travel to support new site launches, partner training, and key client locations.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

This role is well suited for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients to implement new technologies and help organizations successfully adopt them.

Candidates who tend to thrive in this role often come from backgrounds such as:

  • Clinical trainers or field specialists supporting medical devices or diagnostic technologies
  • Implementation managers deploying health technology platforms across multiple client locations
  • Customer success or account managers in healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness technology companies
  • Exercise physiology or health testing environments where staff training and operational workflows are key

The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of hands-on implementation, client interaction, and operational problem solving.

This role may be especially appealing to someone who:

  • enjoys helping clients successfully adopt new technologies
  • likes working directly with operators and technicians in real-world environments
  • is comfortable training non-clinical staff on structured workflows
  • enjoys improving operational performance across a network of client locations

Because the role includes device implementation, client training, and approximately 30-40% travel, it is best suited for someone who prefers a dynamic role that combines office-based work with time spent supporting clients in the field.

Why This Role Matters

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death globally, yet most people still rely on traditional blood pressure measurements that miss key signals about vascular health.

Our mission is to make arterial health assessment accessible and actionable in everyday preventive care environments.
