Clinical Implementation & Success Manager
Location: This role is based in Naperville, IL, with flexibility for remote work depending on location.
Role Overview
The Clinical Implementation & Success Manager is a member of the Operations team responsible for onboarding and supporting health and wellness clinics adopting the Arterial Health Assessment platform, guiding each site from implementation through integration into daily operations.
This role leads the end-to-end implementation process, from site onboarding through launch, and supports client locations as they incorporate the assessment into their workflows. The position combines project coordination, hands-on execution, and ongoing operational support across a growing network of sites.
The role works cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with client locations to ensure deployments are completed accurately, staff are trained effectively, and sites are positioned to use the system consistently.

The CONNEQT Arterial Health Assessment platform enables healthcare professionals to measure central blood pressure, arterial stiffness, and vascular aging in a way that is fast, non-invasive, and practical for routine use.
This role ensures that capability translates into real-world application. By supporting successful implementation and integration across client locations, you play a direct role in expanding access to more advanced cardiovascular insights and helping clinics incorporate them into everyday care.
Core Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Manage onboarding and implementation of new client locations from kickoff through launch
- Coordinate device delivery, setup, and system configuration
- Lead site readiness, including workflow setup and pre-launch preparation
- Ensure implementations are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with standard processes
Technical Setup & Troubleshooting
- Configure and support Windows-based systems used for the platform
- Install and maintain required software and applications
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (connectivity, firewalls, local network setup)
- Set up and support peripherals including printers and local file access
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-launch
Training & Site Enablement
- Train client staff to perform the arterial health assessment with consistency and accuracy
- Educate staff on how to introduce and explain the assessment to their patients
- Support integration of the assessment into existing services such as DEXA and metabolic testing
- Deliver training through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions
Client Success & Ongoing Support
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact following implementation
- Provide ongoing guidance on workflows, execution, and day-to-day use
- Maintain regular communication with client locations to support continued engagement
- Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
Utilization & Adoption Support
- Monitor activity across client locations following launch
- Identify sites that are not adopting or using the system as expected
- Provide targeted follow-up, retraining, or workflow adjustments to support adoption
- Share best practices across locations to reinforce consistent use
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track implementation progress, site activity, and engagement trends
- Provide visibility into onboarding timelines and post-launch performance
- Identify patterns across sites and communicate insights to internal teams
- Support continuous improvement of deployment and onboarding processes
Process Improvement
- Document and refine implementation workflows and training materials
- Contribute to standardization of onboarding and deployment processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction
Travel
Approximately 30–40% travel may be required to support:
- New site implementations and launches
- On-site training and activation
- Performance support for key client locations
- Conferences and marketing events

Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or client-facing operational roles
- Experience working with healthcare, diagnostic, or wellness technologies preferred
- Comfortable working hands-on with hardware and software in real-world environments
- Ability to translate technical workflows into clear, practical guidance for non-clinical users
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues, including networking, connectivity, and peripheral setup (e.g., printers)
- Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira)
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, including software installation and system configuration
Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naperville, Illinois.
Base Salary: $80,000 – 100,000
Variable Compensation: $20,000 – 25,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – 125,000
The variable component is tied to successful implementation and early site performance. This includes:
- Timely and effective deployment of new client locations
- Activation of sites following launch
- Early adoption and ongoing use of the platform
Compensation is structured approximately 80% base / 20% variable, with the variable component aligned to successful implementation and customer outcomes. The structure is designed to align incentives with both execution and outcomes, ensuring that sites are not only implemented, but actively using the systemuse of the platform, ensuring that sites are not only implemented, but actively operating.
