What Is CONNEQT Care+? Reports, Options, and What to Expect

Care+ adds Monthly Cardiology Reports and On-Demand Assessments to your CONNEQT Pulse. Here is what is included, how to decide if it’s right for you, and how to get it.

You have your CONNEQT Pulse, or you are considering buying one soon. Either way, one of the first questions is what to do with your data over time.

Care+, the optional reporting layer, is the answer to that question.

It adds Monthly Cardiology Reports and On-Demand Assessments to what the Pulse already gives you, turning individual readings into trends you can follow and a report you can share with your clinician.

Care+ is the evolution of CONNEQT’s original Arterial Health Assessment, redesigned as a flexible ongoing option for people who want to track how their arterial health changes rather than capturing a single snapshot.

Every new Pulse includes 30 days of Care+ at no extra cost, beginning when you first pair your device.

During that time, you have access to unlimited On-Demand Assessments and a Monthly Cardiology Report that brings your readings together and surfaces trends. After 30 days, Care+ is optional.

Why tracking arterial health over time matters

A standard blood pressure reading tells you one thing: the pressure in your arm at the moment you take it. That number is useful. But it is a snapshot, not a story.

The signals that matter most for long-term cardiovascular health behave differently from a single arm reading. They shift gradually, often over months or years, in ways that a single measurement cannot reveal. What matters is the direction of change and whether that change is happening at all.

Two of those signals are central blood pressure and arterial stiffness. Central blood pressure reflects the pressure your heart, brain, and kidneys actually experience, not just the pressure at the arm. Arterial stiffness reflects how flexible or rigid your arteries have become. Research shows both are stronger indicators of cardiovascular risk than a standard arm reading. They can change years before a traditional arm reading appears abnormal.

Tracking them consistently is what turns individual readings into something clinically meaningful. A single session tells you where you are. A month of readings tells you which direction you are heading.

That is what Care+ is designed to do.

What Care+ includes

Your CONNEQT Pulse measurements and results are always available, on the device and in the app, whether you have Care+ or not. The app tracks your readings over time so you can see how your numbers are moving.

Care+ adds a reporting layer on top of that.

Monthly Cardiology Report. Once a month, Care+ generates a 12-page report based on your personalized data and health insights, covering your central blood pressure readings, arterial health signals including arterial stiffness, pulse-pressure amplification, and SEVR, and how those numbers have moved over the past month.

The report is delivered in the app as a PDF you can email directly to your clinician or bring to your next appointment.

On-Demand Assessments. Available any time you want a closer look at how your readings are responding to a change in training, diet, stress, or sleep. The result is a four-page report covering the same signals as the Monthly Cardiology Report, focused on that session rather than the full month.

Unlimited On-Demand Assessments are included with Care+, also delivered in the app.

Which Care+ option is right for you?

The right choice depends on how you want to use your Pulse.

If you want ongoing monitoring, which provides the most complete picture of how your arterial health changes over time, Care+ offers a Monthly Cardiology Report and unlimited On-Demand Assessments.

If you want reports now and then, the On-Demand Assessment 10-pack covers ten assessments to use whenever you need them. They don’t expire.

If you’re tracking on your own, your Pulse and app already give you everything you need at no ongoing cost. Care+ is there if your needs change.

The best level of Care+ is the one that fits how you actually monitor. What matters most is taking your readings consistently and understanding what they show over time.

How to get Care+

After the first 30 days, Care+ is optional, and there are two ways to get it.

If you’re buying a Pulse, you can choose a package that includes a set period of Care+. That period ends on its own when it’s up. Nothing renews automatically, and there’s no surprise charge.

If you already have a Pulse, you can add Care+ in the app as a monthly or annual plan, or buy a one-time pack of assessments if you’d rather not subscribe.

You can learn more on the Care+ page, and you’ll see current pricing in the CONNEQT app or when you choose a Pulse package in the shop.

Your Pulse and app remain fully functional at no ongoing cost, whether you continue with Care+ or not.

Care+ is most useful when you understand what your readings are telling you. These articles cover what the signals in your reports actually mean and how to get the most from your Pulse.
